2023年7月8日、｢第17回 全国景観会 IN OSAKA｣ が開催され、1日目に大阪府八尾市の街あるきが実施されました。景観保全活動の紹介の他、以前に研究室で取り組んだ景観舗装について説明する機会を頂きました。この舗装は八尾で有名な河内木綿の文様を舗装パターンに転写して都市基盤の地域デザインとするもので、これまでに2箇所（JR八尾駅南駅前広場、ファミリーロード御坊前通り）施工され、今後も2箇所においても計画予定で広域展開を目指します。

On July 8, 2023, the 17th National Landscape Conference IN OSAKA was held, and a city tour of Yao City, Osaka Prefecture, was conducted on the first day. On the first day, a city tour of Yao City, Osaka Prefecture, was conducted. There, I explained about the landscape pavement that our laboratory has been working on. This pavement is a regional design of urban infrastructure by transferring the pattern of Kawachi cotton, for which Yao is famous, onto the pavement pattern.
