小林広英教授、藤枝絢子（卒業生）、宮地茉莉（D２）、サイニメレ・ヴェイタタ（M1）

東北大学で開催された2018年度日本建築学会大会（東北）にて、卒業生（現京都大学学術支援室アドミニストレーター）の藤枝絢子と博士課程2年の宮地茉莉、修士課程1年のヴェイタタ･サイニメレがフィジーでの現地調査の結果をまとめた「フィジー伝統住居のサイクロン被害と再建に関する調査研究」について学術発表の部門で発表しました。建築デザイン発表の部門では、博士課程2年の宮地が篠山市で取り組んでいるプロジェクトについてまとめた「竹のバス停待合所デザイン―農業高校・大学・地域連携プロジェクト―」について発表しました。 また、Eco-DRRプロジェクトで小林広英教授と共同研究している東北大学環境科学研究科の香坂玲教授の研究室を訪問し、環境科学研究科が建設したエコハウスを案内していただきました。

Ayako Fujieda(Alumni), Mari Miyaji(D2) and Sainimere Veitata(M1) presented the result of field surveys in Fiji at the annual conference of Architecture Institute of Japan in Tohoku University, Sendai, Miyagi. The title is as follows; A Field Research on damage and reconstruction of Fijian traditional houses by Cyclone disasters. Mari Miyaji(D2) presented the design project in Sasayama as well. We met with Prof. R. Kosaka who belongs to Graduate School of Environmental Studies and visited Eco-house.
