Fujiyama Hiroto (M1)
2017/9/4〜2017/10/20

Hiroto Fujiyama (M1) conducted an internship in Tanna Island, Vanuatu with the financial support of CoHHO Program, Kyoto University. Traditional housing in Vanuatu is called “Nimulaten” and recently JICA has a project aiming to improve Nimulaten’s comfortability, durability and wind resistance. As a part of the project, a prototype with improved construction techniques has been proposed and the construction work for this prototype was conducted between September – October, 2017. Hiroto Fujiyama also involved in this process and he was responsible for documentation of the construction process for this trial as a part of his internship activities.
